Indications   Neurological disorders of various origins: neuritis, neuralgia, neuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic), radicular syndrome, optic neuritis, facial nerve damage.
Contraindications   Hypersensitivity to the drug; acute impairment of cardiac conduction, the acute form of decompensated heart failure. Vitamin B1 is contraindicated in allergic reactions. Vitamin B6 is contraindicated to use in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage (As may increase the acidity of gastric juice). Vitamin B12 is contraindicated for use during erhytmia, polycythemia, thromboembolism. Lidocaine. Increased individual sensitivity to lidocaine or other amide local anesthetic, epileptic seizures on lidocaine in anamnesis, severe bradycardia, severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, severe chronic heart failure (Il-Ill degree), sick sinus syndrome, Wolff- Parkinson-White syndrome, Stokes-Adams syndrome, atrioventricular block (AV) II and III degree, hypovolemia, severe liver / kidney function, porphyria, myasthenia gravis.
