Hypersensitivity to the drug; acute impairment of cardiac conduction, the acute form of decompensated heart failure. Vitamin B1 is contraindicated in allergic reactions. Vitamin B6 is contraindicated to use in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage (As may increase the acidity of gastric juice). Vitamin B12 is contraindicated for use during erhytmia, polycythemia, thromboembolism. Lidocaine.
